Artwork Packaging:

- The artworks are packaged by Prudence with standardised packaging process to make sure the work is properly protected.

 

Delivery:

- After the payment has been processed, artworks will be shipping within 2 business days.

- FREE shipping worldwide (standard shipping only), delivery takes 7-21 days on average. This may vary depending on country that some countries maybe a bit delay.

- Express delivery upon request when you check out, delivery takes 4-10 days on average. This may vary depending on country that some countries maybe a bit delay. Clients are responsible to cover the express delivery cost.The express delivery fee will be calculated according to the size and weight of the artwork.

- Express delivery will be depending on the destination and the size of the work, we use delivery companies such as UPS, DHL, FedEx.

- We will keep you updated for the whole process from artwork ship out and shipping status update by email.

- When the artwork is shipped, we will email all delivery information to you including delivery company and tracking number once the artwork is ready to ship.
